Ratings, comments, and opinions provided in critiques or reviews do not reflect universal evaluation standards and are not professional endorsements.
Rufus Watson Books LLC is not liable for any emotional distress, reputational impact, or perceived harm resulting from the critique or review.
Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the content, tone, or nature of the feedback or review provided.
You understand that submission of your manuscript does not constitute a publishing contract, editing agreement, or promise of professional advancement.
You retain copyright to your submitted work, and we make no claim to your intellectual property.
By submitting work for critique, you confirm that you are the legal copyright holder of the material or are authorized to seek services on behalf of the copyright holder.
Rufus Watson Books LLC reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason. If declined, you will receive a refund for services rended, within 5-7 business days and according to your bank's processing speeds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
