Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of [United States] who are 13 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Rufus Watson, subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. (Sorry, Mom.)

2. How to Enter

To enter:

• +1 Entry - Like the giveaway video posted on TikTok (@rufuswatsonbooks) or Facebook (facebook.com/rufuswatsonbooks)

• +1 Entry - Tag at least one friend in the comments of the giveaway video.

• +1 Entry - Share the giveaway video.

Limit: 3 standard entry per person per platform action (like/tag/share), and up to 6 total entries across both platforms. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (local time) on April 30, 2025.

3. Selection of Winners

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be announced on or around May 2, 2025 via TikTok and/or direct message.

If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected. Please check your DMs.

​

4. Prizes

• One (1) winner will receive a t-shirt and will provide the size desired.

• One (1) winner will receive a canvas tote bag.

• One (1) winner will receive a signed copy of The Shadows Within.

 

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. You will be asked for a shipping address and sizing, when applicable.

5. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and decisions made by Rufus Watson, which are final and binding. Rufus Watson reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any problem corrupts the administration or integrity of the promotion.

Participation constitutes permission to use the winner’s first name, handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rufus Watson is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rufus Watson from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt/use of any prize.
